People belonging to the middle and lower class are finding it hard to let ends meet. A lot of money making ventures have been thought of and done with to augment the never ending expenses in running a home and a family. A friend (who has been having problem paying for the house mortgage) considered renovating his home (or at least a part of it), into a source of additional income. Working as a nurse for a decade, he put up his own 3-bedroom nursing home. He and his wife commissioned a few health caregivers to look after the old people while they take turns doing hospital duty as well. Home spy cameras are strategically installed around the premises for close monitoring and to ensure client safety. They not only solve the problem of losing their home but they also give job opportunities as well as give care.
